During an X Spaces session on Tuesday, January 14, Cardi B also alleged that the Migos rapper did not purchase any Christmas gifts for their three children.
Cardi B and Offset are facing tension once more.
In a livestream on X Spaces on Tuesday, January 14, the “Bodak Yellow” rapper, 32, appeared to accuse her estranged husband, 33, and his mother, Latabia Woodward, of stealing from her.
“I’m not listening after you and your momma robbed me,” Cardi alleged, as reported by Billboard. “Yeah, you and your mom took from me, completely wiped me out. Told you to stop messing with me.”
Cardi B also accused the Migos rapper of not purchasing any Christmas gifts for their three children—daughter Kulture Kiari, 6½, son Wave Set, 3, and their 5-month-old newborn—despite allegedly buying presents for his other children during a shopping trip in New York City.
“You just called your daughter for the first time this year, yesterday,” Cardi claimed. “Your newborn. You love your kids so much and didn’t buy them anything for Christmas. But you went to New York to buy gifts for your other kids.”
She continued, “But you didn’t buy my kids anything on purpose, just to spite me. Keep in mind, we were cool. We weren’t sleeping together, but we were cool. Stop messing with me.”
The “I Like It” singer went on to say that she “couldn’t even enjoy [her] own achievements because [she] felt like he was going through something.”
“This is the realest thing someone could ever do for you,” Cardi said. “I used to pray for this person before I prayed for myself. And then this person had the nerve to say I was being ‘competitive.’”
Representatives for Cardi and Offset did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s requests for comment.
In July 2024, PEOPLE confirmed that Cardi filed for divorce from Offset for the second time after six years of marriage.
“It’s not based on cheating rumors, but rather has been a long time coming,” a rep said.
The New York Post’s Page Six was the first to report the news.
In December 2024, however, the couple appeared to be on “good terms” and seemed to have found a better balance in co-parenting their three children.
“We’ve been peaceful for over a week, so we like the energy,” Cardi shared during a live X Spaces session in December, as reported by The Jasmine Brand. “We ain’t beefing. We ain’t really talking much, but I think we’re reaching a point where we’re truly healthy co-parenting.”
