Céline Dion expresses her gratitude to fans for their constant support and shares her excitement for the “endless possibilities” that 2025 holds.

As 2025 approaches, Céline Dion is taking a moment to reflect on the past year.
In an Instagram post on Tuesday, December 31, the French-Canadian singer expressed her gratitude for the support she received in 2024 and shared her excitement for the year ahead.
“With the year coming to a close, I want to take a moment to deeply thank you for your constant support,” Dion, 56, wrote, accompanied by a photo of her side profile, gazing upwards with prayer hands.
“Your love and energy motivate me every day. I hope you all have a joyful holiday season, filled with warmth, laughter, and treasured moments with loved ones,” she added. “Here’s to a year full of endless possibilities. Wishing you a safe holiday and an amazing New Year!”
This year, Dion made her return to the stage for the first time since announcing her stiff-person syndrome diagnosis in 2022. Her comeback performance took place at the 2024 Paris Olympics Opening Ceremony in July, where she sang Edith Piaf’s iconic “Hymne A L’Amour.” A live version of the song was released in October.
“I’m so honored to have performed tonight for the Paris 2024 Opening Ceremony, and overjoyed to be back in one of my favorite cities,” Dion shared on Instagram at the time. “Above all, I’m thrilled to celebrate these incredible athletes and their stories of sacrifice, determination, pain, and perseverance.”
She continued, “You’ve all been so dedicated to your dreams, and whether or not you win a medal, I hope that being here means it has come true for you! You should all be incredibly proud, knowing how much effort you’ve put in to become the best. Stay focused, keep pushing forward—my heart is with you!”
In November, Dion also took the stage in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where she performed at the 1001 Seasons of Elie Saab fashion show to celebrate the Lebanese designer’s 45 years in the fashion industry.
The “My Heart Will Go On” singer wrapped up the event with performances of her 1993 hit “The Power of Love” and 2002’s “I’m Alive.”
In addition to her return to the stage, Dion also appeared in an NFL video promoting the Sunday Night football game between the Dallas Cowboys and the Pittsburgh Steelers in October.
In a June interview with PEOPLE, Dion shared how her treatment plan has “made such a difference,” and that she has “a wonderful vocal coach.”
“We’re in talks about putting together a show, and I have so many ideas. I can’t wait,” Dion said at the time.
She also reflected on her journey, saying, “If I had stayed hidden away, my home would have turned into a prison, and I would have become a prisoner in my own life. Today, I live one day at a time. I’m proud that I found the strength to share my condition with the world. Perhaps my purpose in this life is to help others, and that is the greatest gift.”
