Leave it to Jennifer Lopez to prove that winter fashion can still be sexy.
On Tuesday, Nov. 5, the 55-year-old singer and actress attended a special screening of her new film Unstoppable at London’s Cineworld Leicester Square. While fall was still in full swing, Lopez embraced the upcoming chillier months with a figure-hugging white halter dress and a matching winter coat.
The dress featured semi-sheer fabric and a chunky turtleneck, while she added a cozy touch with a fuzzy white coat for some of the red carpet shots. Her accessories included white pointed-toe pumps and a clutch.
Her hair was styled in a sleek updo, and her makeup was fresh and natural.
Unstoppable is based on the true story of wrestler Anthony Robles, who was born with one leg and went on to win the NCAA national championship in 2011 with Arizona State University. Lopez portrays Robles’ mother, Judy, in the film.
This past weekend, Lopez was seen in New York City sporting a similar cold-weather outfit.
At a Q&A and screening event for Unstoppable, the “Get Right” singer donned a cozy caramel brown Gucci wool cardigan featuring a bedazzled neckline, paired with matching micro shorts. The gray versions of her cardigan and shorts are available for purchase, priced at $4,300 and $579, respectively, on Mytheresa and Farfetch.
She completed the stylish look with a brown turtleneck and chocolate brown knee-high stiletto boots from Saint Laurent, priced at $1,950. She accessorized with a brown purse and tan gloves.
Lopez has been embracing fashion this fall, showcasing a variety of styles. In October, she sported three distinct outfits — ranging from casual to glamorous — at the AFI Fest in Los Angeles. Her first look featured a pink, micro-mini bubble skirt from Numero Ventuno, paired with a white collared shirt and an oversized white jacket, also from the Italian brand.
