Jonas Brothers Reflect on Their Action-Packed 2025: A Huge Tour, a Festive Film, and Navigating Fatherhood to Daughters

For PEOPLE’s Best of 2025 edition, we’re highlighting the trio as they mark their 20th anniversary this year, featuring a new album, a tour, a holiday film, and several other milestones.
Some celebrities go all out with extravagant on-set requests—everything from all-green M&Ms to a dozen white candles. The Jonas Brothers, however, keep it simple.
After twenty years in the spotlight, their only request for a People cover shoot on a Sunday afternoon in October at Houston’s Thompson Hotel was a TV to catch some football. But Kevin, 38, Joe, 36, and Nick, 33, who are about to have fans at the 19,000-seat Toyota Center singing along to every song at their concert, barely had a moment to relax. The New Jersey natives and devoted Giants fans navigated multiple photo setups while still checking the score—even when it stung (the Giants had narrowly lost 33-32 to the Broncos).
Busy Sundays are par for the course for the Jonas Brothers, who have been everywhere this year. In March, they hosted JONASCON, a fan convention marking the 20th anniversary of their debut as teen pop-rock sensations. In August, they released their seventh album, the acclaimed Greetings From Your Hometown, and launched the extensive 75-date JONAS20 tour, now extended through year-end. On top of that, they’re making their holiday movie debut with A Very Jonas Christmas Movie on Disney+.
While nostalgia continues to appeal to millennial fans who have followed them since their flat-ironed hair days and songs about girls like Mandy, the Jonas Brothers are also attracting a younger audience. “We’re creating content for our fans—and many of them are parents now,” says Nick.
The brothers themselves are devoted fathers. Kevin shares Alena, 11, and Valentina, 9, with his wife Danielle; Joe is father to Willa, 5, and Delphine, 3, with his ex-wife Sophie Turner; and Nick has Malti, 3, with his wife Priyanka Chopra Jonas.
Nick reflects on the connection with their fans: “At the start, I always say, ‘It’s not just the three of us up here. It’s all of you—you’re part of the story.’ Bringing out Franklin, our youngest brother, and our parents, Denise and Kevin Sr., at the end to recreate the Jonas family living room is such an emotional moment for me.”
When asked about the playful signs fans hold up during shows, Joe laughs, “I think it’s hilarious. As long as it’s all in good fun. You’re at a concert—enjoy yourself.”
Their new holiday film, A Very Jonas Christmas Movie, offers a surprisingly intimate glimpse into their lives, showing their characters confronting personal insecurities—and even features some of their daughters. “Making a holiday movie was on our bucket list,” Joe explains. “We debated whether to focus entirely on humor or go more personal. Playing versions of ourselves makes it a little tricky.”
Nick adds, “We wanted viewers to get an authentic look at our lives. What’s special is that it comes at a significant point in our careers, but even more importantly, as parents.”
