Madonna turned to Instagram Stories to ask fans for help locating the missing pieces of her outfit.
The “Material Girl” icon is missing some of her signature pieces.
Madonna, 67, shared via Instagram Stories that several vintage items she wore during her surprise appearance with Sabrina Carpenter at Coachella have gone missing.
During the Main Stage performance, Madonna pointed out that she had on the same corset, boots, and Gucci jacket from her original Coachella debut two decades earlier, making the moment especially meaningful.
In her posts, she first thanked Carpenter for giving her the chance to experience what she described as a “full circle” return to the festival on April 17. She also hinted at new music, appearing to debut a track from a forthcoming project believed to be a follow-up to Confessions on a Dance Floor.
However, the excitement was dampened when she realized that several archival pieces from her personal collection—including the jacket, corset, dress, and other garments—had disappeared. She emphasized that these items hold deep personal and historical value, noting that additional pieces from the same era were also unaccounted for.
Madonna appealed to fans for assistance in recovering the missing wardrobe, expressing hope that someone might come forward with information. She added that a reward is being offered for their safe return.
For the performance, the “Vogue” singer wore a purple corset layered with a lace-trimmed top, matching gloves and stockings, knee-high lace boots, and aviator sunglasses. Meanwhile, Carpenter opted for a white strapless bodysuit with lace detailing, styled with drop earrings and Mary Jane heels.
Madonna also shared photos of the missing items on her Stories, which were taken during weekend two of the festival in Indio, California. The pair performed a song that appears to be part of an upcoming sequel project, often referred to as “Confessions II.” Madonna last took the Coachella stage in 2015, when she joined Drake during his headlining set.
