Madonna’s latest style showcase is unfolding right from her own bathroom.
On Tuesday, June 17, the “Express Yourself” icon gave fans a glimpse into her wardrobe, posting a carousel of standout outfits on Instagram. Among the bold ensembles was a surprisingly modest look that marked a departure from her signature edge.
In the 12th slide of the post, the 66-year-old pop legend donned a white semi-sheer collared dress, adorned with a delicate navy print of trees and butterflies. She styled the look with opaque tights, a cream-colored belt cinched at the waist, and matching ivory heels — a softer, sweeter take on her usual fashion statements.
Still, a touch of Madonna’s sultry style remained — the sheer fabric subtly revealed her black bra and a glimpse of a slip underneath, which added volume to the skirt.
The post also featured a variety of styles, ranging from rebellious to laid-back. In slide five, the seven-time Grammy winner rocked an oversized blue tee paired with black “Mom, I Am a Rich Man” tights ($46) by German label Saint Sass, finishing the look with oversized black sunglasses and fuzzy royal blue heels.
By slide six, she embraced her iconic fashion roots, layering a white slip dress over a fitted, sheer black corset dress that rippled into an organic silhouette. The outfit was styled with black opaque tights, classic loafers, and her luxurious $100,000 crocodile leather handbag custom-made by Aupen.
While fans filled the comments with praise, the founders of Saint Sass, Vivien Wysocki and Larissa Schmid, were especially thrilled.
“We’re two best friends from Germany who started our tights brand @saintsass three years ago, and now Madonna is wearing our design,” Schmid wrote. “THIS IS THE BEST DAY OF MY LIFE.”
