Taylor Swift Celebrates as Travis Kelce and the Chiefs Defeat the Colts in Overtime — Even After the Tight End’s Called-Back Touchdown

Taylor Swift was literally bouncing with excitement as her fiancé, Travis Kelce, and the Kansas City Chiefs pulled off an important overtime victory against the Indianapolis Colts.
The 35-year-old singer attended the Nov. 23 home game at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, watching from a suite. In clips shared online, Swift can be seen leaping up and down in celebration. While cheering, she even playfully grabbed the arm of a man who appeared to be her father. The “So High School” singer — whose 12th studio album, The Life of a Showgirl, dropped on Oct. 3 — showed her support in a gold jacket with red and white detailing, plus her classic red lipstick.
Kelce, 36, reached the end zone in the first quarter, but the touchdown didn’t count after officials called offensive lineman Jawaan Taylor for a facemask penalty, according to Fox Sports. The Chiefs were hit with a 15-yard personal foul, erasing the score.
When the stadium replayed the moment, parts of the crowd booed, as the video seemed to show Taylor’s arm brushing the helmet of Colts defensive lineman Kwity Paye rather than actually grabbing it.
The wiped-out play would have marked Kelce’s 85th career touchdown.
Swift and Kelce revealed their engagement publicly on Aug. 26. A few days later, on the Sept. 3 episode of New Heights with Jason and Travis Kelce, the tight end admitted he still feels “giddy” thinking about the proposal.
When Jason, 37, brought up the engagement on the show, Kelce replied, “That’s right, that’s right. And I appreciate everyone who reached out, sent messages, posted, and shared in the excitement. It’s been really fun telling people who I’m going to spend the rest of my life with.”
