Horizen Hospice peer support group

At Horizon hospice we offer support groups through our horizon center during the school year for anyone that would like support through their grief. We meet every first and third Tuesday of the month, excluding holidays at 1250 Lamoille Highway Suite 413. We welcome anyone who has experienced The loss of a loved one. There is also no cost for the service to the community. We have groups for children ages 3 years to 18 years, their parents and caregivers, as well as adult groups.
